I was gonna sympathize the parents and blame ChatGPT at the start of the video. And as I watched, I realized, the parents didn't even know the son they live with had problems. The boy needed someone to talk to and turned to ChatGPT. They weren't there when he needed them. Even without the app, he was gonna hurt someone, either himself or another.
