Art is by definition a form of communication. If I look at an avant garde painting vs blotches of paint on my desk, even if it looks the same, the former is more meaningful. This is because a person made choices there, an artist wants to communicate something to me.
AI "art" doesn't have that, it doesn't want to communicate anything to me.
