Here's my theory: as AI is becoming more and more prevalent in today's society and choking out the job market, people of all nations will go to the places where work is paid and degrees appreciated. For Americans, this will mean moving abroad, possibly to Mexico and Latin America, Europe, Africa and Asia. Why? Because in a majority of cases, these places aren't that wealthy to own their own AI and can't use it on such a massive scale as other more advanced countries like China or America. This will drive a new flood of immigration because people can't live in their nations, food and work are just inaccessible. So they would definitely rather live in less developed, more dangerous, countries and make something out of them, than participate in the sterile madness of corporate oligarchy and AI. So these kings of tech you live with now? They're just going to own empty business centers. Manual labor and actual intelligence will always have a place elsewhere. And don't forget: countries are made by languages, cultures and people, if you have none of that, you don't have a country.
