The people need to own the means of production collectively, so we all benefit equally instead of having billionaires and millions of obsolete workers. Automation should create a post scarcity age where a few hours a week is enough work to support a family. .We need checks and balances so managers don't become the new dictators as happened to the first experiments with communism
