A super important note you missed about the predictive policing case is that the two shootings he was involved with were caused by the police response. The AI declared he'd be more likely to be involved in a shooting, and then police responded to that non-existant claim, which inadvertently got him shot. The AI was NOT RIGHT, it was to blame
