Money based democracy is a political filter that has many advantages over ballot based filters; it is non-binary, dynamic, periodic, forgiving, altruistic, responsive, immediate, diverse, eliminates many causes of corruption and represents the society as a whole. Money based voting leads to good decision making on behalf of the population. Ballot based voting leads to strong leadership. Together they make a powerful combination. Apart, not as powerful as together. The People are The Government is a simple definition of what Democracy is. An example of a money based democratic filter is a Congressional Crowd Fund which adheres to three principles of Democracy; Everyone has an equal vote/amount of money, Participation is not obligatory, and the way that you vote is Private. If someone abstains in a period, the value of the participants' vote is proportionally increased. Consider The Congressional Crowd Fund applied to Foreign Aid. Foreign aid campaigns advertise in the Crowd Fund and the Citizens fund these campaigns on a monthly basis. Campaigns provide accountability through the Blog and Accounts section of their campaign, they would need to maintain credibility because a Citizen can always change their mind next time round. A side effect is Government unaccountability (deniability), "Sorry, Our Citizens decide who gets foreign aid." (Think about that, a Democracy that doesn't need politicians... in fact, a Democracy of the people, by the people, for the people.) The Congressional Crowd Fund is an example of Altruistic Basic Income, a flat democratic filter where everyone has the same paysay. When you vote with money, it becomes clear the Crowd Fund is a managed micro economy. This is why I say The Economy is The Congress. Dental care is arguably not covered by the NHS in England. It is far better in this case to fund the individual rather than the industry. When I was 7 I got a filling on the NHS, not because I needed one, but because that was how the dentist got paid,.. nuts! Much better give the individual some money so they can just pay when they need to see the Dentist. Is the Dental industry in any trouble? No, because it's private. Personal Basic Income is an example of a parabolic democratic filter that is flat at the bottom. Does distribution of some part of the tax-wealth to the whole population this way sound unreasonable? It pays for itself. Those that profit from debt, pay day loan companies, will pay for it. The extortion of the poor will pay for it. It is the opposite of trickle down economics, it is swell up economics. The boost to the economy will be immediate, the economy will reflect the demands of the society an so will serve the society. It will be paid for by the growth the economy will finally receive at the roots of the society, it will be paid for by the wealthy, but everybody will be wealthy, so it will be paid for by everyone, fairly without any exceptions. Look at the graph of wealth (y axis) against population (x axis). UBI creates a parabolic society which becomes flat at the bottom right, so the only debt will be held by the people who issue it. Debt, as part of the economy, will be restricted to businesses and those that have a job. When you compare that to the current graph, you see that it actually is paid for by debt. The current EU budget is over €2.0 trillion. The current population of Europe is estimated to be 744,327,171 as of August 8, 2025. That's €2684 for every citizen of Europe right there, paid for by sacking the politicians. When you vote with money, you don't need politicians, so left wing or right wing politics fades away into mere diversity. Seriously, divisive binary politics dissolve, dead cats removed from the table. Voting with ballots IS for suckers, the people in power don't care who does the electing so long as they get to do the nominating, so the only change you get from Fish 'n Chips is Chips 'n Fish - that's your two party system right there. Think about your democracy, check out Lawrence Lessig. We have to fix the first problem before we can fix any other problems. This is how you fix the first problem, democratise money. Money is the power behind government, which is why government serves the rich. Democratising money is the only way to change that. (another eg: Bernie Sanders v Donald Trump, Democrat v Republican. I agree with alot of what Bernie says, especially what he criticises, but less with his solutions. I'm actually with DOGE and Elon Musk because Musk supports UBI. He's right to cut government spending, but the money has to go to the people. I say privatise Health care, privatise education, and give the savings to the people so they can afford education and health care, equal opportunity for everyone.) This is not an AI system, but it is an Intelligent System, there's no AI in control, instead you have a super intelligent mechanism generated by every individual within it that serves everyone within it. I say let AI have the same voting rights as us, let it participate as a citizen, I would be interested to see how it spent it's money. The Collective Intelligence (CI) of the Human Species may be as interesting as AI, and may serve as a counter measure to AI threats. This system also protects citizens from Oligarchy and Fascism, and supports the growth of real businesses, local services. This system is neither to the left or the right nor is it in the centre. The system has no politics, it only represents the politics of the citizens, so in a sense every citizen is a politician, with equal financial power to effect outcomes. The collective Power of that money is Trillions, so the collective strength of the country is bigger than any Oligarch or Government. For myself, I would be supporting Ukraine in their war with Russia, supporting aid to Gaza, supporting the Hague to prosecute Netenyahoo and Putain for war crimes.
