There’s another way that AI is killing the value of bachelor’s degrees - but that wasn’t mentioned in the video. Many current college students use AI to generate their assigned college coursework and as such, prospective employers can’t be sure whether a graduate’s grades reflect the graduate’s effort and achievement in college or just if it was mostly thanks to ChatGPT or other AI agents.
