AI is the technocratic Catch 22. The futuristic dream the technocrats envision, require AI systems to bring their vision about. They believe they'll control world populations while using AI and quantum computing as their tool. But, like Frankenstein's Monster, they're already losing control of their "tool". The problem with psychopathy is that these people will continue to allow AI to grow, spread and advance even to their own detriment. The root of the issue isn't the technology, but the psycopaths who develop it.
