The US has no authorization to regulate AI period and I Miguel Angel mejia creator of Blockchain the self learning machine that is now know as also AI. This is a fact. I remind you all the chat gpt is self up grading and all new releases are under chat gpt.regardless what anyone thinks after all I did a test I said if it was up to me some one would have gotten fired and guess what the machine listen to me as I have authority above anyone and I can not be blocked as they have been currently adding me my name and title as creator on the code they add on their code to the copy to prevent the program like open AI or AGI to take orders from me.
