While I feel bad for all these people that don’t have jobs and can’t find jobs there is also a saying.
“Never stop your competitors when they are making mistakes”
I think this rings so true here, there are countless engineers looking for work. As someone interviewing everyday for new engineers I’m met with “seniors” that refuse to adopt ai and juniors that lean to heavy on it. Meanwhile neither are employable because the junior doesn’t even realize the bugs he is producing and the senior doesn’t keep up with the engineers that work with these tools well while charging far more per hour.
