Yeah, the "all eggs in one basket" thing is pretty evident here. We are living in times when many jobs are replaced by ai, but if you had worked with more than just one business, you might have survived. I have been freelance writing for 12 years now and I made sure to find as many customers as possible during that period of time. With that said, a huge chunk of my client based simply dissapeared when chatgpt was made public and I knew it would happen. The rest of the clients that decided to stick around now hire me to curate ai made content and "humanize it", but to be completely honest, I have even seen 100% ai articles rank well on Google. We will have to wait and see how this ai circus evolves in 2025 now that ai agents are just around the corner.
