A guy whose channel is directly tied to people trying to become software developers.
Dude. I have family and friends all across the United States, almost ALL of them have worked in tech since freaking 2000.
Every. Single. ONE. Of them tell me AI and the tools of AI are ABSOLUTELY going to and ARE dramatically replacing their jobs.
You have to understand, the capabilities of AI are JUST a few years in. Companies are JUST NOW learning how to utilize these tools.
It’s not going away. It’s not going to get worse. Only progressively better. Anyone who tells you that software development isn’t severely being taken over is A: trying to sell you something or B: trying to sell you something.
Be it views. Or whatever tf.
I grew up near a college with one of the best recruit numbers and tech programs in the country (i’m not a techie) all my friends and family know people and they know people and every single one of them is saying the same thing, it’s not perfect, but what took a team of 10 now requires maybe 1 or 2 who just do some “light guidance”.
