It was her fault! Not only did she literally kill herself because of being reckless but she created problems for the companies that research autonomous cars... I mean human drivers kill millions of people but do we ban human drivers? why should the technology be bane because of this impossible accident, maybe if we learn from the accident and use lasers and stuff like that on cars so that it could see even in the dark, we could actually make a change. But now lot of companies just stopped researching because of this tragic accident.
