The medium wage for truck drivers has gone down to

No wonder those jobs are going down the toilet...
Most folks in their right mind are NOT willing to kill themselves going over long distances. Working hard laborious jobs. Away from home and family for prolonged periods of time.
Especially when there's easier, more cushy jobs paying as much or slightly less, but without all that stress, long distance, and hard labor.

Last year I made $30,000+ in my comfortable night security guard job. Not bad for a single man with no dependents or student debts.
