1:27:31 AI may have handled over 80% of calls. But the question is: were the calls well handled? I speak for myself when I say I am usually utterly frustrated when I encounter these call centre bots. My issues are almost never resolved within the call. The end result usually ends with me giving up and travelling to the service centre to get it sorted out. Or the bot having run out of questions and attempted solutions, and routing me to an actual call centre human to manage the issue. Think these bosses don't care much about the quality of the customer service. Just how much they have saved the company through shaving off human employees and looking good for the shareholders.
