I have found AI to be quite a shallow skill. I let others use it way more than me for 6 months.
Then bothered to look at what was new and it took about a week if that to get the benefit of mcp and planning etc.
Using it less in some areas is better and focusing on your specialist field so you can lend your intellect and most importantly critical thinking.
It is a multiplier of the user. If the user has bad understanding ie you ask how to wire up your house and you're not an electrician, then you will get a shock.
