If a tech company wants to hire me to chase cables and fix tech issues, I’ll happily join their team. If they try to replace me with AI, and find out they need me back, they better offer me a very nice pay bump or atleast substantial back pay and extra benefits as well as a contract for minimum time guaranteed working with the company unless *I* choose to leave.
