it's worse than that though due to cultural variation in learned responses, so even IF you could somehow remove the causal reactive response context, you will still have to account for cultural variation ( technically it's own context), so the claim is truly bullshit. and don't get me started on the baked in purposefully maintained bias , and the lack of consideration in the displayed as authoritative summaries, and the absolute mess that are used as "sources" from which these summaries are then misleadingly portrayed.... those are the true "AI safety" concerns, or they should be, but because they double down on the normalisation of systems which benefit the owners/controllers/manipulators of these systems, they assuredly are not considered as such, because those are features, not bugs, and thus we will get what we get, and we will be happy.
