I dunno.. I agree with the premise but at the end of the day who gets the copyright: the many hardworking animators and screenwriters, or Disney? The heads of Disney has had little to no input other than potentially dictating direction and topic, certainly don't contribute creative talent, yet they'll be the ones who mostly benefit from it's copyright. Yes they pay the workers but I'm sure that guy had to pay for the AI service.
