AI sounds quite scary, but they are only really good add a specific thing and they cannot addapt well to a different task, AI would still be controlled / supervised by humans. They will not take over the world like in the movie terminator because those machines can not selfsustain them, you need an infrastructure to supply those machines with energy and ammunition.
