It's number 2. You can see the shoes on her feet change. I'm sure there's other subtle signs, but that was the first one I noticed. Number 1 is meant to fool you into thinking that because the speech is wrong, that automatically makes it AI-generated. The truth is, ANYONE could speak like that over the phone if they wanted to.
