Deepseek is right, be it length or numbers the way of counting in decimal actually starts like this
9.0000.....1------- then the digits closer to decimal are counted so chatgpt was wrong (9.09 is smaller than 9.11 not 9.90 smaller than9.11). As you can see the right most digit in decimal increase first in decimal system as is in regular natural numbers. NGL Even I was confused at first
