I do think you were more fair in your last video on the subject. This video did a good job acknowledging the arguments made by real artists, but just because those arguments are being made doesn't make them valid, broad stroke. You acknowledged the nuance better last time, where as this felt like overcompensation. I'm still trying to grapple with and decide where I stand on the topic, which is why I'm particularly looking at arguments against AI art. Right now I very much question any argument proclaiming to be 100% The Objective Right, and a lot of these ones felt that way. All I know right now is that AI art definitely shouldn't be used to impersonate or pass oneself off as the work of an artist who's style it's mimicking, but I've yet to see a strong case for why we shouldn't let it mimick those styles period. I also agree that people who are prompting these images are not themselves artists. Finally, I agree that no matter what, the prompts used for any AI art should be viewable and accessible, particularly for those instances where "in the style of X" was used.
