I see so much ai everywhwere it pisses me tf of. Im no artist. But i dont get how other people in the creative fields dont get how bad this is. We all consume "art" in some form, mostly digitalized. We get joy from good art forms as much as the creators get from making them. You neednt be the one makinng art to enjoy it. How sad and lifeless must you be to find any sort of joy from these generated fake bs. By encouraging ai to take over the creative side you are stealing the joy from both the creators and the enjoyers. When i imagined a future world with ai it was supposed to be for the mundane stuff modren society requires us to do which is not natural. Like sitting and typing infront of a computer for hrs. But art? Art is the essense of our life. As huamns weve been doing some form of art since the beginning. Art is natural. Art is fun. Why are we making ai take over the fun stuff. Use ai for writing a formal email thats just pleasentries and unnecessary word. Not for creative writing where every word matters. Use ai for the mundane not the creative. Why cant these ai users see they are taking us one step forward to the dull dystopian word of corporate rule even more than now. Its sad. Its pathetic. And the ones above are encouraging it. Humans do many dissapointing things bit this to me is a step lower. I did not think there would exist these many people who dont understand the importance of art and are willing to be slaves to the corporate. We need to hit a restart on ai and fix this mess. Im genuinely sorry for the future generations if they dont properly regulate ai usage. The irony...ai might actually be the thing that encourages me to fix my high screen time. Beacuse wtf am I looking at. There's no joy in this.
