One of the issues I've seen is that it's not just replicating styles. It's taking pieces from other artwork. Like there have already been examples where it's taken someone's signature and put it on the generated artwork. It's literally stealing.
Replicating someones style as an artist is completely different from how these AI's replicate art. When you replicate someone's art as an artist you look at key elements and put them on your art. What ai is doing is just taking pieces off of someone's existing art and putting it into it's piece
