I feel bad for this person. Going off on a tangent from what they were saying aside from believing they don't have the ability (which they probably DO, it just takes time and dedication) - IDK man I have this thing called a full time job where I come home tired and have a ton of obligations, along with different hobbies like writing stories and gaming. I just don't have that kind of time to put in to draw and get good enough to where I can at least OUTLINE what I have pictured in mind - because to do that, I'd have to shove my other hobbies aside from the little free time I already have, and the drawing process is far too painful for me to go through. I use AI art to get a reference of what I imagine - then use that reference as a "this is basically sorta how it looks" along with a description. Then, once I have the money, I'd pay an actual artist to draw out a serious rendition of what I had in mind using those references. From there I don't care about how much it costs or how long it takes. But AI art helps so much when I need a stand-in for something for the time being.
