I used to draw art on the computer as a hobby, did some fanart of stuff but I absolutely lost my will for it as Steve mentions after seeing really pretty AI art... I found drawing *really* hard, but it was also really satisfying to make something. But once you see generative AI being able to create all this amazing stuff (and it can generate really good stuff rn) so quickly, I lost my will for it. But I didn't stop creating I just use stuff with actual materials now... I no longer do fanart tho, but that's fine. On to other things...
