Part of the problem is we, the people, alreadyblost this fight once against Google. Because its very similar. Algorithm trawls the internet reading and taking everything. Courts ruled the search engines could do this. Lawyers love to distinguish fact patterns, and there are a lot of powerful companies against AI this time.
