The thing is, right now they have power because people believe they have power, but once every job is replaced with AI, that won't matter anymore because then they can create their own power and control, and then we wont be able to stop them, but everyones so occupied with their little colourful rectangles that they'll never stop this from happening, they'll welcome it, and that's our future.
A future where a select few individuals control everything and can do whatever they want out in the open without consequences, and we can't stop them or do anything about it, while all our freedoms are slowly ripped away.
It's weird that it seems like that's already happening 🤔.
