They fell for the early marketing hype... AI is a great force multipler but some things it hust can't fully replace people on... HOWEVER because it's a force multipler, there won't be as many junior level opportunities available and the more experience people will be expected to do more work, produce more will a lower workforce because AI is basically a force multipler.
