I just learned that the County commission where I live in in South Florida just pushed ahead approvals for one of these AI farms less than 10 miles from my own home and directly behind a new community that was built less than 5 years earlier, AND being built along a very sensitive environmental corridor. These poor homeowners will never be able to sell their homes and property values will plummet, not to mention the water table- most of us are on wells on this side of town. The sheer disregard for the community at large makes me want to absolutely vomit. AI is NOT an invention of necessity.
