civillian casualties. Automation is almost every other regard increases efficiency, accuracy, and quality of any product, and if that product is the defeat of an enemy, then it shouldn't be any different.
I'm as anti-military as they come, but robotics and automation will ultimately save more lives. Would you rather some dumb teenager be pointing a gun at you or a cold calculating robot? I take the robot any day.
