I think this is interesting: Because everything you said in 2:25 can be directly argued against photography as an art form as well. The camera does make the image for you. you don't have to be talented, you just have to click a button.
and interestingly, if you listen to the arguments brought up against AI, they are the same as Photography vs Painters back in the day.
So: does it make generating Pictures easier? Yes. Can it be described as a tool? Yes. Do you still need an idea and understanding of composition? Yes.
In addition: What is art? Let's look at "Race Riot" from Warhol, which is basically a painted over Photograph, which he used without the photograph owners permission. Art is something really subjectiv.
The two pictures you showed are different Art styles. One is made by hand, the other one with an AI tool. they are not on the same level or category.
"Art" is so much more, than just painting....
