So long as we're dealing with AI that work purely off of "predict next token" there is always going to be a question you can ask that will break it. Something that will be like the Captcha tests except instead of a problem that's already solvable by AI and is just Google getting us to do image verification for them for free, it would be a pretty simple test to see if someone is human.
Ask ChatGPT any question like this, "write a poem where the first word of the 2nd sentence rhymes with the last word of the last sentence". It can't do it because it must work first to last.
