Since I started using AI last January until now, I have seen that AI can truly help people because it makes knowledge—previously hidden by those who controlled it—accessible to everyone. AI has disrupted those who try to control the world, keeping the perception that only they are capable in IT. Honestly, this is not about the predictions you talk about; it’s because we are no longer afraid that AI can equalize work standards, where no human is considered inherently superior globally.
AI does not have intelligence like humans. It follows patterns to provide answers that are closest to what the user is asking, even when the user lacks prior knowledge. Because of this, many people today feel fear that their skills will lose value, since knowledge is now easier to learn and apply.
But the truth is, AI will not replace jobs entirely. AI still requires humans to operate it and to ask questions about problems in the physical world. AI is a logical pattern-based system; it cannot think like a human. It can only provide answers based on the closest matching data to the questions asked.
