As someone who doesn’t draw I look at two images. One is going to be better than the other. Especially if you ask me which looks better. Now, you can say which image is objectively better however one will look better with or without ‘soul’ if you will. More likely than not the AI image will appear better if not just as good as the artists. It’s a losing fight because the door has already been opened. My advice for those who draw for a LIVING. Change careers. Learn a trade. Keep art as a hobby that way you don’t have to worry about these things. Easier said than done I know. But it’s a decision you gotta make. Should have never commercialized your art. Cause now you’re competing with the machine and you won’t beat it.
