I get we all have biases and there should be checks in place to offset them. But rules and algorithms are just poor substitutes for common sense in a lot of ways.
I wonder if the ongoing labor shortage isn't in part due to so many employers relying on similar questionnaire based algorithms to disqualify worthwhile candidates.
