I can not stress how much it means to me to finally hear a politician talking about this. I have been at an all time low in feeling like I will be able to have a future I will be successful in. All three areas of my expertise, that I have spent years working on refining, going into thousands and thousands of dollars of debt are all being taken over by ai at such a rapid pace. Marketing, Software Development, and Song Writing.
I haven't seen any politician talk about this, but I think we are going to see a huge spike in Su-rates amongst 20-30 year old males soon. We have been told all of our lives that our worth is based on how well we can work to provide a good life for our families and that is becoming harder and harder.
I thought we wanted AI so it could do all of our chores so we would have more time to do the creative things we loved, but so far it seems like all the attention has been put into making ai do all of the creative things for us.
