I believe this perfectly represents the fear-based mindset of government officials, who alone might draw a comparison between the invention of Generative AI and the atomic bomb, which was secretly and selectively developed by a handful of scientists.
Sam Altman has repeatedly stated in every interview that we will make everything open, allowing anyone to use and provide feedback from the very beginning. If this AI, which both I and my neighbor are using, were to be restricted for any reason, and access was blocked to be used only by certain individuals, I believe that would indeed be the path leading to the creation of an atomic bomb.
Oh, btw, I wrote this in Korean first which is my mother tongue, and my Chatzzy(GPT's nickname) translated it so sophisticately, which would not be done by me for millions years with my English Skill. LOL
