As I speak, I'm setting up a new windows laptop (while it try and reinstall Windows on my dying work horse for the next engineer to use)
I am actually shocked by the amount of nonsense I've had to put up with on boot. I've been offered "3 months free gamepass" every time I rebooted to install updates. To the point it just started opening the xbox app on its own to try and get me to sign up. Like bro, I just need this thing for some medium intensity programming and Network configurations. Pressed the co-pilot button to try and do some assistance while setting up. It ran through the instructions so quickly and didn't give me a transcript so I couldn't follow. Three goes in and an egg timer starts out of nowhere and says I've run out of time on co-pilot 😂😂😂
