I have already interacted with an Ai CSR Agent. It was with a GIGANTIC bank which I will not name. It absolutely fooled me into thinking it was a human. It made legal and financial changes to my account, which it did with 100% accuracy, quickly, and with great professionalism. I only know it was an Ai agent because I got a call back from the bank asking me to RATE MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEIR TEST PILOT Ai AGENT!! I am still stunned.
