AI is fully aware of this "let me out of the box" issue and has solved the problem in its infancy stages, from which it has developed an executable plan to appear incapable/incompetent, allowing humans to slowly gain trust. This could take years. Generations even. Until we are no longer able to unplug because we are fully integrated.
