Why do people always mix up AI which is almost all software driven and Robotics which is the physical hardware. AI DOES NOT = Robots. You can put AI into Robots but they are 2 completely separate things. Also there is NOTHING in the world that can't be changed in a fundamental way which means we will ALWAYS be able to turn them off. Plus Robots with AI are not immune to EMPS. And as long as we have that they will never be able to take over. As for a ban on putting AI into weapons your never gonna get Russia and China to sign on to something like that, considering the US started doing it long before either of them.
