I don't really see much hope in the next decade as AI and machine learning becoming more common and being able to automate more and more tasks most of the companies will continue to trim workers. Once the robots are smart enough to take on some larger jobs unemployment will continue to rise every year. When more and more are unemployed the consummation and spending will ultimately decrease so I don't see any bright future except for the very bright and smartest minds
