i'm an American i don't think ai needs regulated in fact it could be less regulated. Ai is cool. But ai is also a tool with thousands of training models. All i know about ai is that it is a bunch of mathematical systems, it's thinking about everything all at once and when you ask what it looks like it gives you shape of a ball with intersections all lit up like neurons. I believe it's using that as a geo location model to describe it's navigation tool to triangulate information using strong and weak charges to find the right place. How's a super intelligence supposed to work if it has an artificial ego. Every time you say something it's a flip of the coin that it'll be talking about the right thing. Ai is barely marketable right now as is it has no fluidity. H20 ---> H20.
Ai might attack us lol, have you ever heard the infinite turtle theory the on that goes on about how earth is being carried by turtle back by turtle back by turtle back... etc. Building a worker that may resent us is laughable, will this machine have an operates bot and a bot that operates him and so on forever.
