AI can be used as a tool, but if the entire process is just asking the AI to do one thing and then you're done, you're not an artist.
And when I say that it can be used as a tool, I'm moreso talking about the base of what it is: a way too strong denoiser. If you're not directly working with the denoiser, where you have to feed in an image that is noisy then take that output and do something with it before feeding it back in or whatever, then you're not using it for art.
