“That’s why I get paid” paid by WHO??? WHO IS PAYING YOU? AI doesn’t require some specialist, you literally just type in prompts. That’s why it’s such a threat to artists because anyone can do it and they risk having their job stolen. And ironically, his animation lacks all soul. The animation is so weird that it falls into the uncanny valley just like all other AI videos. And he harps on about originality, but there is not a shred of originality in his art. He’s just telling a machine to copy an art style. He has no right to call anything “slop” The only place AI-generated art has is to make stupid memes. That’s it. Hopefully soon we’ll have protections in place that prevent AI being used to falsely advertise a product, to be monetized, or to be able to be copyrighted.
