It feels like there was no warning. In 2022, the year I graduated high school, AI was barley good enough to generate a grocery list. Now, it can create 3D models (still kinda shitty, but still), music, concept art, videos, lab research, and so much more. It its genuinely scary how good they have gotten in only three years time. I never would have chosen the path I'm currently on had AI been this good back when I graduated high school (2022).
