The only difference between drawing digitally compared to AI is that one is a tool for artists to create by themselves original artwork. If I opened up Clip Studio, I am still using my own skills as an artist to create something by hand even if it's from a different medium. That's what digital art programs are for, a tool that allows artists to use their skills in creating something that is much more difficult to capture on traditional art mediums. That is not what AI is doing and it is not the same as creating digital art. AI isn't allowing you to use your art skills with tools, that is the difference.
