In my own life i have seen my carrer choices obliterated before my eyes by AI.
I started as a personal stylist, apps on the phone with camera scans have replaced the entry pool available for people starting on high street shopping levels.
I tried then becoming a photographer, doing creative edits for marketing. AI image generation has destroyed that field for me as companies choose folks to edit already made AI shots rather than prepare, shoot and edit ourselves an idea.
And finally, I gave up and moved to try becoming a Python programer. I've yet to land a job and I see all my classmates just copy pasting AI generated code and passing assignments.
Is there ANYTHING human anymore I can live off of?!! 😭😭😭 Im in my early 30's and have yet to reach a point where I can afford to put savings into retirement.
